• Product and variant information - titles, prices, inventory levels, and cost prices. Used to calculate price adjustments.
• Order data - order totals and line items (product IDs and quantities only). Used to detect sales and calculate velocity. We do not access customer names, addresses, emails, or payment details.
• Inventory levels - current stock quantities. Used for inventory-based pricing rules.

• Shop domain - your .myshopify.com address, used to identify your store.
• Access token - a Shopify API token, used to read and write product prices on your behalf.
• Pricing settings - your configured rules, thresholds, and preferences.
• Activity log - a record of every price change (product name, old price, new price, reason, timestamp). Retained for 90 days, then automatically deleted.
• Usage counts - the number of price changes per billing period.

• Customer personal information (names, emails, addresses, phone numbers)
• Payment or financial information
• Browsing or analytics data
• Cookies or tracking pixels

When you uninstall Dynamic Pricer, all your data (sessions, settings, and billing records) is automatically deleted. Activity logs are retained for up to 90 days, then purged automatically.

• Shop data erasure - all shop data is deleted when the app is uninstalled.
